About the role
Join Overdrive IOT as an IoT Engineer and play a key role in setting up and developing innovative IoT solutions. In this full-time position based in the Central Region, you will be responsible for implementing cutting-edge IoT technologies to drive the company's strategic objectives in various key industries.
What you'll be doing
- Set up and implement secure IoT device connectivity and data management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT solutions into broader technology ecosystems
- Troubleshoot and optimise IoT deployments to ensure reliable, high-performing operations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IoT trends, technologies and industry best practices
What we're looking for
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply OR 1-2 years of experience as an IoT or embedded systems engineer
- Monitor and report recurring technical issues, providing feedback to improve product reliability and service delivery.
- Assist in inventory management of devices, spare parts and tools to support project readiness and RMA processes.
- Support internal knowledge sharing by updating FAQs, troubleshooting guides and best practices for the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards and safety practices during all technical and operational activities.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
