Job Summary: An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Pricing and Project Management Lead, driving sales and profitability through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the pricing and project schedule with stakeholders as the Lead PIC, taking actions to solve problems and recover from delays.
  • Grasp the business circumstances of the assigned region/manufacturer, seeking opportunities to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Analyze data (sales, cost, price, product, profit, budget) and make simulations to develop strategies/proposals contributing to target achievement.
  • Prepare documents to consult, propose, report, and seek approval from management.
  • Propose and negotiate with the area operations team and manufacturer to reach a consensus on price, sales volume, and profit.
  • Register prices in the system and issue official price notices.
  • Update pricing tools, monitor sales/profit achievement, and take additional action if required.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented, careful, and good with numbers and analysis (e.g., sales, cost, pricing, product, profit).
  • Strong communication skills (e.g., negotiation, presentation).
  • Problem-solving and project management skills (e.g., schedule control, crisis recovery).
  • Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work overtime during peak periods/deadlines and travel when required.
  • Proactive, team player, determined, and has high perseverance.
  • Strong passion and eagerness to learn/enhance own capabilities.
  • High capability in using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge in automotive business, pricing strategy, market research, costing, and profit management is an added advantage.
  • Programming, automation, and Power BI skills are an added advantage.
