Order Operations Specialist (Automotive)

The team owns a variety of processes related to vehicle sales and delivery, tracks all orders from the point of deposit to revenue recognition and to manage the vehicle registration process. In addition to ensuring team success, this role is expected to collaborate with regional and functional management to ensure Order Ops is providing exceptional support to internal departments, creating the best customer experience possible.

Duration: 6 Months Contract (Convertible to Full-Time) Location: Toa Payoh Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm

Salary:$3,500 - $4,500

Description:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Logistics, and Operations to enhance workflow processes and reduce errors.
  • Initiate and implement automation programs to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Drive internal operational solutions for new business models and sales initiatives.
  • Oversee the full vehicle registration process, including documentation, fee calculation, and use of the Land Transport system.
  • Manage COE bidding and applications.
  • Ensure compliance with local vehicle trading regulations through accurate records and form generation.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate new program outcomes.
  • Handle multiple projects while meeting critical business deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop internal process documentation and support global initiatives.

Requirements:

  • With order operation/ logistic operation or relevant experience
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Meticulous with understanding of CRM system with track record in leveraging IT resources
  • Proven ability to work in a team and maintain the relationships with external vendors
  • Singaporean Only
