What You'll Do
  • Design, run, and measure scrappy marketing experiments (e.g. TikTok hooks, Twitter threads, in real life engagement, etc).
  • Analyze what resonates - track engagement, retention, and growth across different channels.
  • Support in building a playbook of repeatable marketing tactics that scale beyond this internship.

  • Strong end-to-end ownership.
  • Someone scrappy and resourceful; you don't wait for instructions, you try things.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and collaborating across disciplines.
  • A maker mindset - you love creating things, testing quickly, and iterating based on feedback.
  • Curiosity about social media growth, communities, and content marketing.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
  • Interest in Japanese culture, gaming or language learning.
  • Prior experience running a social account, newsletter, or small project with an audience.
