Responsibilities:

  • As part of the team, you will contribute to the design and development of Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) systems and algorithms for our drone systems. You will work closely with a dedicated team to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality drone solutions to our customers in Singapore and the region.

  • Design, develop, and enhance guidance, navigation, and flight control systems and algorithms for unmanned aircraft systems.

  • Develop and maintain 6-DOF and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation environments.

  • Evaluate, select, and integrate new sensors or navigation systems into our drone platforms.
  • Write, modify, and test firmware and flight software on flight control computers (C/C++).
  • Analyze flight data to verify performance and troubleshoot issues observed during drone operations.
  • Prepare documentation detailing system specifications, design, test procedures, and results.
  • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Support both ground and flight test activities.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams (systems, software, safety, flight test, etc.) and business units to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Requirements:

  • Min Diploma/ Degree in Robotics, Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Entry levels are welcomed
  • Relevant industry experience in Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC)
  • Experience in system modelling, control, analysis, and simulation within aircraft or aerospace applications.
  • Proficient in model-based design and analysis using MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Knowledge of Kalman filtering, digital signal processing, and sensor data fusion techniques.
  • Proficient in C/C++ programming.
