Job Description:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare basic financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and journal entries
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level qualification
  • 3 years relevant experiences with basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Detail oriented and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
