Senior/ Executive, Clinical Education

Together with the Assistant Director, Clinical Lead and education coordinators, ensure that all training regulations set in place by the educational institutes are adhered to. Provide support to the Assistant Director in creating a strong learning culture for pre-employment and in preparing reports for submission to the various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Contact and ensure feedback or queries are met and resolved
- Ensure students are informed of their posting
- Inform the departments of the schedule of when students are rotated to the departments.
- Account for training funds and expenses on a quarterly basis.
- Work with schools on placement of students
- To provide admin support to department projects or assignments when needed
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Degree
- Minimum related experience: 2 years
- Proficient in MS Office, good planning and organization skills.
- Strong player who is able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of undergraduate and postgraduate matters & related regulations will be an added advantage
