About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at SETIROM BRAND PTE. LTD. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality women's clothing collection at our store located in the Orchard Road Plaza Singapura, Jewel Changi, and Suntec City which you can choose.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting customers, determining their needs and preferences, and providing personalized shopping recommendations
  2. Maintaining an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are correctly displayed and well-stocked
  3. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, providing a seamless checkout experience for customers
  4. Actively participating in inventory management, restocking, and merchandising activities
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide informed and valuable advice to customers
  6. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment, working closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals

What we're looking for

  1. Speaking both English and Mandarin
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and build rapport with customers
  3. A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics to ensure a visually appealing and well-merchandised sales floor
  4. Actively cooperate with the team and management
  5. A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
  6. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
