Job Scope

  • Conducting comprehensive site investigations and soil analysis to inform the design and construction of foundations, retaining walls, and other geotechnical structures
  • Preparing detailed geotechnical reports, specifications, and drawings to support project planning and execution
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of geotechnical elements into larger civil engineering projects
  • Providing technical guidance and expertise to project managers, construction teams, and clients
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in geotechnical engineering
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our geotechnical engineering processes and procedures

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills in soil mechanics, foundation design, slope stability analysis, and ground improvement techniques
  • Experience in LTA or MRT or Tunnel project is highly advantage.
  • Proficiency in the use of geotechnical software, such as PLAXIS, GeoSlope, and SLIDE
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
