Current project: Healthcare construction in Outram Park and Logistics Hub at Tuas. [ Main Contractor ]
Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage project-specific QAQC plans, inspection procedures, and checklists.
-
Ensure construction activities comply with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark requirements.

Lead quality inspections, audits, and assessments across all trades.
-
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
-
Monitor site activities to ensure proper execution of works and adherence to specifications.
-
Review and approve material and method statements in accordance with project standards.
-
Maintain documentation for inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
-
Train and guide site teams on quality standards and best practices.
-
Prepare site for CONQUAS and QM assessments, including mock-up reviews and scoring strategy.
-
Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance quality performance.
-
In charge of material testing, mock-ups, PMU and VMU for the façade.
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in QAQC roles within the construction industry.
-
Minimum of one project experience in a QAQC managerial role.
