Duration: 6 months Maternity Cover

Working Location: Kallang Sector

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities

· Perform daily operational duties for Manual and Remote reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems and following up with relevant parties to resolve daily operational issues.

· Perform administrative duties such as report for meter reading related reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

· Attend to enquiries via Case Activities, telephone and emails.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

· Applicants need to possess at least a diploma from a recognized institute

· Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel

· Possess good knowledge in SAP system would be advantageous

· Able to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

· Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
