Job Description
We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team in supporting elderly residents in a nursing home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily care needs such as feeding and toileting
- Engage residents in meaningful and stimulating activities
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents' well-being
*Requirements*
- Minimum O Level, N Level, or HMI certificate preferred
- A caring heart and passion to serve the elderly
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
- Computer proficiency is an advantage
*Work Schedule for Part-timers*
- Minimum of 3 weekdays
- 4 hours per day: 8AM–12PM or 1PM–5PM
- Part-time shifts are structured within 4-hour blocks and do not include scheduled meal or break times
