
Customer Booking Assistant – Up to 2,600/Month

Role Overview:
Join the team supporting ActiveSG facilities and assist users with a smooth and efficient booking experience. You'll play a key role in customer engagement, booking operations, and backend administration. This is a great opportunity for those with a customer service background who enjoy sports, events, and public engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with facility bookings (via system and email)
- Ensure bookings are in line with terms & conditions and prompt payment is received
- Manage the booking mailbox and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Handle feedback, quotations, queries, and complaints professionally
- Oversee end-to-end booking process, ensuring smooth follow-through
- Generate and analyze booking reports as required
- Assist in user administration and system testing for the booking mobile app
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in facility booking systems is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: $2,500 – $2,600
- 12 Days Annual Leave + 14 Days Medical Leave
- Flexible dress code
- Potential for future hybrid work arrangements
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Location: Sports Stadium area
