Role Overview:

Join the team supporting ActiveSG facilities and assist users with a smooth and efficient booking experience. You'll play a key role in customer engagement, booking operations, and backend administration. This is a great opportunity for those with a customer service background who enjoy sports, events, and public engagement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with facility bookings (via system and email)
  • Ensure bookings are in line with terms & conditions and prompt payment is received
  • Manage the booking mailbox and respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Handle feedback, quotations, queries, and complaints professionally
  • Oversee end-to-end booking process, ensuring smooth follow-through
  • Generate and analyze booking reports as required
  • Assist in user administration and system testing for the booking mobile app

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in facility booking systems is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: $2,500 – $2,600
  • 12 Days Annual Leave + 14 Days Medical Leave
  • Flexible dress code
  • Potential for future hybrid work arrangements

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Location: Sports Stadium area
