About the role

As a Retail Sales professional at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT', you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth. In this full-time position based in the Central Region SG, you will be a key member of our vibrant and diverse retail team, contributing to the success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  2. Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations
  3. Maintaining store displays and merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment
  4. Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  5. Restocking and replenishing products as needed
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant store operation
  7. Collaborating with the retail team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
