We are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to drive the growth and brand presence of CoinUp within Singapore and the broader APAC region. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences, drive user acquisition, and foster community engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the local crypto market, a hands-on approach to campaign management, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns specifically tailored for the Singapore and key APAC markets, aligning with global marketing objectives.

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify local trends, opportunities, and challenges within the cryptocurrency and fintech landscape.
  • Define clear marketing objectives and KPIs for all initiatives, ensuring alignment with business growth targets.
  • Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms like Meta, X, programmatic display, affiliate networks, crypto-specific ad platforms).

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and leverage data analytics to continuously improve ROI and efficiency.
  • Manage local paid media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and performance tracking.
  • Content & SEO:

  • Oversee the creation of compelling, localized marketing content (e.g., blog posts, articles, social media creatives, educational materials, video scripts) that educates, engages, and converts target users.

  • Collaborate with global content teams to adapt global narratives for local relevance and implement local SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility.
  • Ensure content adheres to local regulatory guidelines and cultural nuances.
  • Community & Social Media Management:

  • Lead the development and execution of social media strategies specific to the Singapore/APAC market, leveraging platforms popular in the region.

  • Foster and grow local communities on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and Reddit, organizing AMAs, contests, and other engagement activities.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with local crypto influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for partnership opportunities.
  • Public Relations & Brand Building (Local):

  • Work with local Public Relations agencies and internal communications teams to manage media relations, secure press coverage, and position [Company Name] as a thought leader in the local market.

  • Support the development and consistent application of brand guidelines across all local marketing collateral.
  • Assist in local crisis communications if necessary.
  • Product Marketing & GTM (Local):

  • Collaborate with Product and Business Development teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies for new product features, listings, and services relevant to the local market.

  • Translate complex product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging for the local audience.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Customer Support teams to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated, compliant, and aligned with overall business goals.

  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to relevant internal teams.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:

  • If applicable, manage and mentor a small team of marketing specialists, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance.

  • Lead by example, promoting a data-driven and experimental approach to marketing.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior specialist role within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or FinTech industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful, measurable marketing campaigns in Singapore or the broader APAC region.
  • Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, including trading dynamics, common crypto products, and relevant market trends.
  • Proven hands-on experience across various digital marketing channels: performance marketing (PPC, paid social), SEO, content marketing, social media management, and community building.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, attribution models).
  • Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements and compliance considerations for marketing in the financial/digital asset space in Singapore.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
