We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI Engineer to join our team in developing and scaling next-generation AI and Agentic AI solutions that create real business value. You will work closely with experienced solution architects to turn ideas and requirements into practical AI systems that are secure, efficient, and ready for production.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your AI and software development knowledge, explore innovative approaches through research and experimentation, and gain hands-on experience in building end-to-end AI applications.

Make an Impact by:

• Assist in building end-to-end workflows that combine AI, programming, and automation tools.
• Support integration of AI models and applications with enterprise systems through APIs and other frameworks.
• Collaborate with solution architects and senior AI Engineers to understand requirements and contribute to solution design and implementation.
• Help develop and improve user interfaces to enhance usability and overall user experience
• Learn to design AI solutions that may combine backend, frontend, LLMs, and automation tools such as RPA for human-in-the-loop workflows
• Contribute to maintaining middleware components such as authentication and authorization systems.
• Support monitoring of production AI solutions, track key performance metrics, and assist in troubleshooting performance issues.
• Learn and apply security best practices in AI development, including fallback and recovery strategies.
• Assist in maintaining and improving AI-driven business applications such as pricing engines, recommender systems, or AI application pipelines.
• Stay curious and keep up with the latest trends in AI, Agentic AI, and automation technologies.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, or related field.
• Good foundation in AI and programming, with eagerness to learn and apply emerging technologies such as agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience in Python, and TypeScript/nodejs, SQL, etc
• Understanding/Hands-on LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.
• Good knowledge in LLM integration and orchestration.
• Knowledge in prompt engineering.
• Experience in software engineering (backend/frontend development)
• Familiar with version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Passionate about learning and applying the latest AI advancements to solve real-world problems and contribute innovative ideas.
• Good problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to collaborate and learn from others.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with software engineers, data specialists, and business users.
• Basic understanding of system integration concepts and interest in learning how to build secure, enterprise-ready solutions.
