You will lead the global communications strategy, shaping the company's brand, media presence, and stakeholder engagement during a high-growth phase. The ideal candidate will translate complex medical technology into compelling narratives while driving investor, partner, and internal communications to support global expansion.

A global leader in AI-powered FIGS (Fluorescence Image-Guided Surgery System), revolutionizing surgery by enabling real-time visualization of tissue perfusion and critical structures to improve surgical precision and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Corporate & Financial Communications - Lead investor relations, capital markets messaging, and stakeholder communications (fundraising, M&A, quarterly updates, disclosure compliance).
  • Strategic Communications Leadership - Design and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with business objectives, market expansion, and corporate development.
  • Brand Stewardship & Campaigns - Act as brand guardian and drive integrated campaigns that strengthen 's positioning as a global leader in AI-powered surgical imaging.
  • Media & Stakeholder Engagement - Manage media relations, analyst/influencer networks, social media presence, and C-suite thought leadership opportunities.
  • Internal & Global Alignment - Drive internal communications and ensure consistent messaging across global teams during rapid growth, transformation, and expansion.

Requirements

  • Track record managing external communications, disclosures, and investor-facing materials (earnings releases, annual reports, investor decks, press announcements).
  • Ability to draft IR documents, coordinate with analysts/investors, support fundraising/IPO processes, and ensure compliance with disclosure/regulatory frameworks.
  • Skilled in crafting narratives that position the company with media, healthcare professionals, partners, and institutional investors, while managing crisis communications and aligning global messaging.
