Job Details:
- Salary: Up to $4,500 per month
- Contract Duration: January 2026 – August 2027
- Nearest MRT Station: one-north MRT Station
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Prepare briefing materials, maintain project timelines, schedule meetings, and record action items to ensure smooth project execution.
- Event Coordination: Assist with event planning, programme scheduling, participant communication, and registration arrangements.
- Logistics and Operations: Coordinate vendor requirements, including AV, catering, and signage; assist with event setup, rehearsals, and post-event follow-up.
- On-Site Support: Serve as a key point-of-contact during event days, managing registration, crowd flow, and resolving operational issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification in Event Management, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or related disciplines.
- At least 1 year of experience in event planning, project coordination, secretariat roles, procurement, or operations.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and with a variety of stakeholders.
- Hands-on and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through.
