We are a Japanese company dealing in secondhand luxury goods, with more than 250 stores in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia combined.
We are hiring a friendly and motivated Retail Assistant to support our store and online sales. No prior experience? No problem, training will be provided. If you're passionate about fashion and eager to learn, we'd love to meet you
Salary during the first 4 months of probation: S$2,700
Upon completion of probation and passing the appraisal test: S$3,000
Upon completion of probation and without passing the appraisal test: S$3,500What you'll do:
- Welcome and assist customers with secondhand luxury purchases
- Handle cashiering and daily sales transactions
- Maintain store displays and ensure merchandise looks its best
- Upload product listings with photos and descriptions
- Pack and prepare sold items for delivery or collection
What we're looking for:
- No experience required (training provided)
- Responsible, good team player and can provide excellent customer service.
- Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn
- Interest in fashion and pre-loved luxury items
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace / MS Office)
- Must be available on weekends and public holidays
What we offer:
- 10 days annual leave (increases by +1 annually)
- Transport allowance

- Annual salary review (performance-based)
Working hours:
- 5 days work week roster, 8-10 rest days per month
- 10am to 7pm
