Job Scope:

  • To be competent & manage procurement activities for fabricated parts & to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Fabricated parts including welded hollow section structures, aluminum profile structures, sheet metal parts, plastic & metal precision & semi precision parts.
  • To establish proactive and positive long-term partnership with quality & key vendors to achieve ultimate quality & cost savings.
  • To be a team player & collaborate with cross-functional in-house teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
  • To update & maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents via the In-house SCM inventory systems.
  • To stay relevant & resourceful in the selection & qualifying of new suppliers and vendor-supplier management.
  • To perform logistics duties ranging from packing, documentation, stuffing & unstuffing, loading & unloading for local delivery.
  • To receive both fabricated & standard parts from local & overseas delivery as & when assigned by the project teams.
  • To co-ordinate all corresponding mandatory requirements, documentation & clearance for parts received locally & overseas.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of hands-on experience in procurement or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Excel, SAP, VLOOKUP, and other related tools.
  • Entry level are welcome to apply training is provided
