Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, manage manpower allocation to ensure smooth inbound, outbound, storage, picking, and inventory processes, while safeguarding goods, workplace safety, and fire safety.

  • Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of supervisors and data staff to continuously improve departmental efficiency and achieve optimal cost-performance and customer experience.

负责所辖部门管理人员(组长、数据员)的招聘、培训、绩效考核,确保部门整体工作水平持续提高,达成费比最优、体验最佳。

  • Evaluate and optimize frontline staff performance, implement piece-rate models, establish training and assessment systems to empower management teams, and enhance staff productivity and quality.

负责一线作业员工的考核、淘汰与汰换,建立完善的计件模型和业务培训及考核体系,赋能管理团队,提升员工作业效率和作业质量。

  • Monitor attendance and scheduling across shifts and teams to ensure timely warehouse operations with cost and quality control across different temperature zones.

根据订单和员工情况,监控各班次、各组别出勤排班,确保各温层在费率可控、质量可控前提下准时开仓。

  • Support senior management in handling emergencies, mobilize resources, and ensure warehouse tasks are completed on time.

配合上级主管,随时应对突发情况,调配内外部资源,完成仓储作业任务。

  • Coordinate daily operations with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely communication across warehouse functions.

负责与物流、采购、销售等协同部门的日常对接,确保信息及时传递到仓储相关环节。

  • Analyze warehouse data and issues, report to management, and propose improvement solutions to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and ensure fulfillment.

负责对仓储部各项数据和问题进行分析,及时汇报并提出优化方案,实现降本增效,保障履约。

  • Liaise with property management to ensure timely resolution of warehouse facility issues.

负责与园区物业方沟通,确保仓库硬件设施问题及时整改。

  • Conduct regular fire safety training and drills, oversee fire and theft prevention, and monitor compliance of special equipment operations (especially high-altitude work).

定期组织消防培训和演习,落实库区防火防盗管理,监督特种设备作业(尤其高空作业)的合规性,消除安全隐患。

  • Carry out other ad hoc tasks assigned by senior management.

完成上级主管交办的其他临时性工作。

Requirements

  • Languages / 语言能力: Fluent in both English & Chinese (required for work). 中文 + 英文熟练交流。
  • Experience / 经验要求:
  • 3+ years of end-to-end warehouse management experience;
  • Proven experience leading large teams (30+ staff);
  • Familiar with local labor policies and resources;
  • Relevant experience in fresh produce or frozen food, including warehouse and distribution management, is required.
  • 3年以上仓库全盘管理经验;
  • 有带领30人以上大型团队的经验;
  • 熟悉当地用工政策,具备一定的劳务资源;
  • 必须具备生鲜或冷冻食品相关的仓库及配送管理经验。
  • Competencies / 能力: Excellent coordination, strong execution, fast learner, good communicator. 出色的协调能力,较强的执行力,学习能力强,善于沟通。
  • Professional Skills / 专业知识/技能:
  • ERP & WMS system proficiency / ERP及WMS系统操作能力;
  • Professional knowledge of cold chain storage & transportation / 专业的冷链储运知识。
  • Support Work Pass if needed
