Adecco is partnering with a global leader in design, engineering, and construction services, specializing in the construction of high-tech facilities such as data centers, life sciences facilities, and industrial plants, focusing on precision engineering and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

They are looking for an Estimating Specialists to join their team across Electrical disciplines. You will be responsible for delivering accurate cost estimates for medium to large-scale construction projects, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals. The Job

  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and apply competitive industry rates or first-principle pricing.
  • Source, negotiate, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure timely clarifications, accurate documentation, and smooth bid information flow.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align estimating activities and close scope gaps.
  • Maintain pricing databases and mentor junior estimators (for senior roles).

The Talent

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of cost estimating experience in your respective discipline within construction
  • Proven track record in medium to large-scale projects and estimating activities
  • Electrical: HV/MV/LV systems, ELV, lighting, earthing, protection systems.
  • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, cost planning, and relevant software (Bluebeam, MS Office, Candy Estimating, AutoCAD/Navisworks).
