We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary projects, you will provide critical support in the cost management of our projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support in cost estimation and analysis for projects.
  • Collaborate with Consultants to manage related issues on the multidisciplinary projects and liaise with stakeholders on requirements.
  • Communicate professionally and diligently in meetings, able to negotiate and build strong working relationships with clients.
  • Conduct thorough measurement and apply suitable rates to build up accurate cost estimates.
  • Prepare comprehensive tender and contract documentation.
  • Finalize project final accounts, among other QS tasks.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building/ Construction Management or equivalent required.
  • Relevant experience in Building Construction projects essential.
