Job Description:
As a Management Trainee, you will participate in a structured rotational program across operations, student services, administration, and facilities management. You will be trained and mentored by experienced professionals and be prepared for future leadership roles within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations of student residences (check-in/out, room allocation, facility inspections)
- Act as a key liaison for Mandarin-speaking students and parents
- Assist in planning and executing student engagement and welfare activities
- Handle feedback, incidents, and conflict resolution professionally
- Maintain accurate administrative records and operational reports
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs
- Collaborate with maintenance, housekeeping, and external vendors
- Participate in performance reviews, training modules, and cross-department learning
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work on rotating shifts , including weekends and public holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Passionate about working with youth and people from diverse backgrounds
- Team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience:
- Internship or experience in hospitality, student housing, or front-desk operations
- Knowledge of student services, hostel operations, or customer service
- Basic understanding of building maintenance or safety protocols is a plus
