We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth for our Semiconductor equipment and solutions. You will manage existing key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with customers across the semiconductor manufacturing value chain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the semiconductor sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in semiconductor equipment or related industrial sectors.
  • You must already be working with major semiconductor customers from a vendor position, with strong connections and experience in wafer, dicing, bonding, and related processes — this is a must.
  • Experience selling inspection machines will be considered a strong advantage (double plus).
  • You must be capable of generating a commercial level of engagements ("handshakes") within approximately six months, effectively covering the entire Singapore market and expanding into regions where customers have established or are building new factories.
  • Strong technical understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel locally and regionally when required.
