FP&A Analyst

Our client is a Singapore-headquartered global business services platform backed by a leading Private Equity firm, and are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributing to value creation across the organization, working closely with the CFO, the board and the broader finance team.

This opportunity sits within the Private Equity firm's Emerging Leaders Program - a high-impact, rotational track designed to groom future leaders across its portfolio. As part of this program, successful candidates will gain deep operational exposure and strategic insight at the portfolio level. While your initial placement will be within the business services platform, this is part of a broader initiative to build a pipeline of commercial and financial leaders who can scale with the group across other high-growth ventures, M&A opportunities, and future C-suite roles.

Description

This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributing to value creation across the organization. You will work closely with the CFO and broader finance team to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and business performance trends.
• Assist in the development of management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Support value creation projects and financial due diligence (FDD) activities.
• Collaborate with business units to provide insights and recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and financial models to support real-time decision-making.
• Analyze and interpret financial results, providing actionable insights for performance improvement.
• Support business case development for new investments, partnerships, and projects.
• Partner with operations and business leaders to optimize cost structures and identify efficiency gains.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience, with a combination of management consulting and professional accounting firm experience, such as Big 4.
• 2-3 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Experience in financial due diligence (FDD) is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
