Pre-sales Engineer – Cloud Native

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pre-sales Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between our customers and internal teams, helping clients implement and optimize cloud native, container, and DevOps solutions. You will provide technical guidance, support, and solutions to customers during pre-sales engagements, and collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure our solutions meet client needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site guidance and training for customers during product trials and deployments.
- Provide technical support and advice to help customers solve challenges with cloud, container, and DevOps solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities and provide tailored pre-sales technical support.
- Prepare technical documentation, including project proposals, bids, test reports, and implementation plans.
- Collect and organize feedback from customers and the market to inform product development and enhancement.
- Participate in marketing activities, presentations, and technical conferences as a representative of the team.
- Facilitate technical exchanges and cooperation with partners and industry peers.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT, cloud computing, or related industries; experience in pre-sales, R&D, or operations of medium to large-scale projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, container platforms, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
