Job Description

  • Approach and plan definition, status tracking, issue and risk identification and resolution, resource planning, and governance execution.
  • Ability to understand and handle the client's banking system development or implementation project.
  • Plan, initiate, manage, lead and execute system consulting and development projects.
  • Grasp the plan and situation and create and explain report materials.
  • Understand and manage the full software development life cycle.

Job Requirement

  • Project Management Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in directing and managing project development from initiation to completion.
  • Must have experinces on financial markets
  • Strong background in cybersecurity in finance market or finance company
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (e.g., Entra ID / Azure AD, PIM)
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender products
  • Experience operating Zscaler solutions (e.g., ZIA, ZPA)
  • Able to communicate in business level Japanese in reading, writing, and speaking to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Highly self-driven and enthusiastic, capable of working effectively with teams of varying IT skill levels and cultural backgrounds
  • Ability to manage project planning for all short-, medium-, and long-term.
  • Strong analytical and conceptualization skills to develop solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Industry Knowledge: Banking operations or systems knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Scripting and automation using PowerShell / CLI.
  • Solid understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and security best practices.
