Responsibilities:
Secretarial Support:
Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the director and the team by acting as a point of contact and maintain open communication with team members and collaborators
- Support on ad-hoc personal tasks when required
Job Requirements:
- Part-time only, 5 day work-week, 4 hours a day (ie, 2-6pm)
- Candidate must be based in Singapore
- Possess laptop/computer during course of work. Work phone is provided.
- Candidate with relevant secretarial/personal assistant experience is welcome to apply
- Strong organization skills, meticulous and responsible
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Office/ Google Suite and Canva for designing is a plus
- Able to start work immediately
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
