Facilities Maintenance Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Plant facilities and civil construction decoration, research and development, QC analysis, maintenance and repair of administrative facilities, pest control in production areas; Comply with GMP, non-GMP and EHS requirements to ensure the normal operation of equipment and facilities.
- Supervision of installation quality, acceptance and putting into operation of civil construction, water supply and drainage and hidden works of new construction projects.
- Continuously improve site management, keep the environment clean and tidy, assign staff and posts, optimize the unit operation and department management process, conduct corresponding personnel training and assessment, and ensure its good implementation.
- Continuously optimize and improve the condition, operation, safety and reliability of facilities, ensure product quality and site safety, and improve production efficiency.
- Comply with GMP/EHS requirements to ensure that they are well implemented.
- Responsible for the management of plant facilities, to ensure that they are in good condition, to meet the needs of plant operation, in line with the requirements and regulations of the state and the company.
- Review, register and file the relevant documents to ensure the timely, accurate and complete records.
- Manage, cultivate and guide the subordinate staff, and carry out effective assessment.
- Establish and optimize the relevant operation process, train and ensure strict implementation, report problems in time and take the initiative to solve them.
- Manage new investment projects and renovation projects, control the budget and project schedule to meet the expected demand.
- Responsible for the maintenance of equipment and facilities, spare parts management to ensure the reliability of operation, to ensure the normal operation of the plant and production, to ensure product quality and factory safety.
- Build an efficient team to bring out the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of each team member.
- Effective inter-departmental communication and cooperation
- Develop and iterate technical training for subordinate employees to improve team work skills and efficiency.
Requirements:
- University degree or above in Electrical, equipment, HVAC, civil engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, comprehensive related majors
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Strong coordination, communication and problem solving skills.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to supervise and motivate the team
- Responsible for work allocating and evaluating team performance.
