Job Description


• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with the company's standards and recipes


• Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality coffee


• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner


• Work independently with initiative, as well as in a team to ensure a smooth operation


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace


• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene guidelines


• Assist in other areas of operations when required, such as answering retail queries from customer, taking orders using POS, food preparation, and cleaning
