Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications for MEP works.
  • Perform detailed material and labor quantity take-offs, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, monitor cost variations, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Assist in tender preparation, evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, and support cost-effective procurement.
  • Handle contract matters including variations and claims, ensuring compliance and timely issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization through value engineering without affecting quality or safety.
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years in M&E system / Construction
  • Understanding of cost estimation, tender procedures, and contract administration
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
