We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible Security Supervisor (SS) to oversee the day-to-day security operations of a commercial estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team Security Officers, ensuring the safety and security of the estate's assets, tenants, visitors, and staff.

Location : Commercial estate near Bright hill MRT

Night Shift : 1900hr to 0700hr

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervisory Duties

  2. Lead, manage, and schedule a team of 5 Security Officers.

  3. Conduct daily Patrolling, shift handovers, and ensure proper deployment of security personnel across the estate.

  4. Ensure your team officers follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and estate policies.

  5. Security Operations

  6. Oversee all access control measures, CCTV monitoring, perimeter checks, and patrolling activities.

  7. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms; coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
  8. Prepare and submit incident reports to management.

Requirement

  • Good customer service skills, able to communicate with people of all levels.
  • Must have valid PLRD license and RTT certification.
  • Must be physically fit as this site requiring extended periods of walking and patrolling.
