East Region, Singapore Fit N' Fab Pte. Ltd. Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain full set of accounts on AUTOCOUNT accounting software for small enterprise, e.g. AR, AP, General Ledgers.
  • Responsible for monthly accounts reconciliation, closing (month-end & year-end) and deliver accurate financial reports.
  • General ledger operations.
  • Attend to in-house auditor's queries and prepare necessary information requested by the auditor.
  • Perform reconciliation (bank, inter-company accounts, accounts receivable).
  • Monitor AR ageing report and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities .
  • In charge with the preparation of financial reports
  • Handle inventory costing and perform stock take
  • Reconciliation of statements and ageing report.
  • Maintain financial documentation and comply with auditing requirements.
  • Preparing of Quarterly GST return and Annual Tax submission.
  • Handle enquiries relating to orders and ad hoc assignments as required .

HR Duties:

  • Process & Submit HR and Calculate all staff's monthly payroll, Leave, overtime & Com on INFOTECH software.
  • Handle submission and processing of statutory payments and claims, including CPF, IR21, IR8A, NS claims, Government-Paid Leave.
