  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a calendar of marketing and promotional events
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, branding, and post-event follow-ups, including reporting and analysis.
  • Drive attendance through effective engagements and outreach strategies.
  • Foster engagement through newsletters, social media groups, events, and special campaigns.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral and promotional content.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and competitive trends.
  • Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing, email marketing, content creation, and social media.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mass Communication, Hospitality, Event Management, or similar fields
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office – word, excel and powerpoint
  • Proficient in design software such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop will be an added advantage
  • Organised, detailed and able to multi-task
