Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events and programmes, including local and international engagements, workshops, and study visits, ensuring smooth coordination of logistics and stakeholder communications.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to manage event logistics, procurement, and service delivery, including venue setup, transport, materials, and catering.
  • Design and support communications such as EDMs, event collaterals, and webpage updates; assist with post-event reporting and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including inventory and stock management, staff onboarding support, meeting arrangements, and maintaining internal trackers and records.
  • Support internal initiatives and perform ad-hoc duties as required, including staff engagement activities and cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications, Business Management or relevant disciplines.
  • Experience in events management, arts administration, marketing, or business development would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with international projects or engagements is a plus.
  • Knowledge of tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, or simple website editors (e.g. CMS) is an added advantage.
  • Singaporeans only.
