Job scope:

  • Oversee all construction activities, ensuring performance standards, procedures, and providing recommendations for improvements and corrective actions.

  • Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings, applicable codes and standards, and adherence to construction schedules and budgets.

  • Assist in developing and implementing corporate construction policies that align with project requirements.

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers.

  • Coordinate with other departments on issues affecting project work.

  • Provide timely project progress reports to management and participate in project execution meetings.

  • Select, guide, and develop a multicultural workforce and management team to meet business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Allocate capital and human resources efficiently to maximize productivity.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support project execution.
