Responsibilities and Duties

* Take charge of all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.

* Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of Korean recipes and ingredients to create authentic and delicious dishes.

* Actively contribute ideas for recipe development and the creation of new menu items.

* Stay informed about Korean food trends and provide insights on how to adapt them for our local clientele.

* Maintain consistent culinary standards and presentation.

* Potentially manage and mentor kitchen staff, depending on the restaurant's structure.

* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

* Collaborate with management on menu planning and costing.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A genuine passion for Korean cuisine and a strong self-motivation.

* Thorough knowledge of traditional and contemporary Korean recipes and ingredients.

* A proactive mindset with a willingness to share creative ideas for menu enhancement.

* Awareness of current Korean food trends and the ability to suggest localization strategies.

* A commitment to a long-term position, recognizing the importance of this role.

* At least 8 years and above in Korean cuisine
