Job Scope

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation & CPF contribution
  • Manage payroll functions and bills payable
  • Generate invoices for billing, keeping track of disbursements
  • Prepare and submit IRAS tax compliance with all statutory requirements
  • Maintain bookkeeping and accounting records
  • Manage day-to-day office administration
  • Assist Director in his daily schedule and responsibilities

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role in Singapore
  • Meticulous, Independent and Proactive to perform task without much supervision.
  • Good organisational and time-management abilities
  • Diploma in Accountancy or qualifications in similar fields
  • Min 1 year of working experience
  • Proficient in Xero, Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Managing highly confidential data with highest privacy and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Basic spoken Mandarin and written Chinese.
