Key Responsibilities

• Live Streaming: Host regular live streams on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Twitch to entertain, engage, and grow your audience.

• Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers in real time through live chats, Q&A sessions, games, and creative activities that build a loyal community.

• Content Creation: Develop and share engaging, trend-driven content that reflects your personality and creativity.

• Social Media Management: Actively post and manage your social profiles to increase visibility and follower growth.

• Community Building: Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that keeps audiences coming back.

• Brand Collaborations (optional): Work with brands or campaigns to promote products during live sessions or in online content.

Requirements

• Passion for Online Engagement: Genuine enthusiasm for connecting with online audiences and creating exciting content.

• Creative Flair: Ability to brainstorm and deliver fresh, innovative ideas.

• Charismatic Personality: Confidence and presence to captivate and retain viewers.

• Consistency & Commitment: Willingness to stream regularly (minimum of 40 hours/month).

• Adaptability: Open to learning new tools, trends, and strategies for live streaming success.

• Open to Beginners: No prior experience required, just a strong interest in creating and performing.

• Singapore/Malaysia-based, proficiency in Chinese (spoken) is a plus.
