**About us**

LiveCommerce Entertainment - a B2B Marketplace connecting Brands and Live Streamers to Start Live Selling on FB and IG Live. Live selling on FB/IG became a new way for people to stay engaged and entertained as they tuned in to Live Selling shows and connected and bonded with other viewers and hosts of the live shows.

Our mission is to Excite & Entertain by providing our customers Live shopping entertainment We aim to build a B2B marketplace platform for brands and Live streamers that will dominate social commerce in Asia.

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide administrative support to live-streamers during their live shows with customer support and payments administration
- Prepare and publish payment links for products during livestream shows. (training on software will be provided)
- Provide solutions to customer enquires during the stream
- Reconcile and prepare of delivery reports after livestream shows
- Other tasks assigned by your superior

**Requirements**:

- Minimum NiTEC/Diploma holders
- Retail experience is preferred
- Intermediate Excel understanding and skill preferred
- Willingness to learn
- Able to cope with fast work pace and meticulous to details.
- Must be prepared to travel overseas for livestream shows when required.
- Be Flexible
