You'll guide clients from concept to completion while meeting personal sales targets in our supportive, commission-based environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling design proposals that address client needs while maximizing project value
  • Conduct professional design consultations, showcasing our capabilities and solutions
  • Convert qualified leads into signed projects through effective communication and follow-up
  • Manage client expectations and project timelines from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with our production team to ensure design integrity throughout implementation
  • Meet monthly sales targets while maintaining design excellence

Requirements:

  • Interior design background with an eye for both aesthetics and functionality
  • Natural talent for building client relationships and understanding their needs
  • Proficiency in industry design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to close sales while maintaining design integrity
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with Mandarin is a must in order to communicate with chinese speaking customers
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in a hybrid work environment
