Finance Director

1. 负责公司全球财务管理工作,搭建并完善财务制度、流程和控制体系,确保跨境合规;
2. 管理和监督各地子公司的账务、税务、报表及审计工作;
3. 建立有效的成本控制体系,提升公司整体财务效率;
4. 负责月度、季度、年度财务分析与汇报,支持管理层决策;
5. 协助CEO进行资金预算管理、税务筹划和风险管控;
6. 管理并培养本地财务团队,提升团队专业水平。
【任职要求】
1. 985/211类本科及以上学历,财务、金融、会计相关专业背景,海外留学背景优先;
2. 财务、会计或相关专业本科及以上学历,具备CPA/ACCA/CMA等资格优先;
3. 8年以上财务管理经验,3年以上互联网行业背景优先;
4. 熟悉中美/中新会计准则、跨境税务与合规流程;
5. 优秀的财务分析、内部控制与风险管理能力;
6. 英语流利,具备跨文化沟通能力和团队管理经验。
*身份不限。员工可在中国工作,美国或新加坡异地上班。
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company's global financial management; establish and improve financial systems, processes, and control frameworks to ensure cross-border compliance.
- Manage and oversee accounting, tax, financial reporting, and audit functions across all regional subsidiaries.
- Build an effective cost control system to enhance overall financial efficiency.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making.
- Assist the CEO in budget management, tax planning, and risk control.
- Manage and develop the local finance team to enhance professional capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above from a 985/211 university, majoring in finance, accounting, or a related field; overseas education background is a plus.
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or similar certifications are preferred.
- Over 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in the internet industry preferred.
- Familiar with Chinese and US/Singapore accounting standards, cross-border tax regulations, and compliance processes.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, internal controls, and risk management.
- Fluent in English, with cross-cultural communication skills and team management experience.
