Executive Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop detailed civil and structural designs, including comprehensive calculations.
• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation to support design processes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and coordination.
• Review and update designs based on feedback and necessary design changes.
• Participate in design meetings, providing technical input to optimize solutions.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of designs.
• Perform site inspections and assessments to verify the implementation of design requirements.
• Ensure design comply with local regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare documentation for authority approvals and submissions.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules and deliverables.

Job Competency (Qualification, experience and knowledge)

• Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil and structural design.
• Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., Tekla Structural Designer, STAAD.Pro, ETABS).
• Strong knowledge of relevant design codes and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
