We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager – Midnight Shift to drive revenue growth and client acquisition during overnight hours. This role is ideal for individuals with a global mindset, capable of engaging with international clients (especially across US, UK, or APAC time zones), and identifying new business opportunities in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities during the midnight shift.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with international stakeholders.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) and respond to inbound leads in real time.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to customize solutions for potential clients.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market segments.
  • Support RFP/RFQ processes and assist in closing deals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in BPO, IT, SaaS, logistics, or global services.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling client conversations during overnight hours.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
