Blockchain Founders Fund (BFF) is an early-stage venture capital fund with a strong focus on blockchain and emerging technologies. We invest in highly-promising startups and take a hands-on approach to drive value through out their life-cycle. We are based out of Singapore but our team works around the globe.

Our full-time rotational VC Leadership Program in Singapore offers an unparalleled opportunity to immerse yourself in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors. This comprehensive program is meticulously designed to equip you with end-to-end knowledge and hands-on experience across key areas in venture capital. You will rotate through various roles, gaining a solid foundation in blockchain investing, and taking on significant responsibilities upon completion. Collaborate directly with fund executives and portfolio companies, hone essential skills in investments, project management, and leadership, and build a powerful network with industry leaders, fellow participants, and ambitious founders.

• Develop forward-thinking investment strategies and theses to identify groundbreaking opportunities in blockchain technology.
• Source and evaluate high-potential investment opportunities within the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective investments, analyzing and valuing companies in emerging industries, and presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Innovate and implement effective processes to manage and scale portfolio companies.
• Enhance internal operations and strategies to optimize fund performance.
• Create strategic divestment plans to maximize returns on investments.
