  • Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy covering all phases of the loan origination lifecycle, including customer onboarding, credit checks (perform by different team), underwriting, approval workflows, disbursement, and growth tracking

  • Lead and mentor a team of testers (manual and automation) focusing on functional UAT, e2e regression, and integration, testing of loan origination modules

  • Coordinate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria specific to loan products and regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee defect management processes ensuring timely identification, prioritization, and resolution of issues impacting loan processing and customer experience.

  • Manage test data that simulate real-world loan origination scenarios, including integration with credit bureaus, payment gateways, and third-party services.

  • Monitor test progress, generate detailed reports on test coverage, defect trends, and quality metrics tailored to loan origination KPIs.

  • Identify risks related to loan processing flows and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or compliance issues.

Drive continuous improvement by recommending automation opportunities and process enhancements specific to the loan origination domain.
