Platform & Product Builder (No-Code / Firebase Studio)

You will be responsible for building a custom web/mobile platform from the ground up using Firebase Studio, Firestore, Firebase Auth, Cloud Functions, and AI-assisted tools. The platform will support workflow management, logistics tracking, installation scheduling, and client communication — all within a single system.

This is a builder role — ideal for someone who enjoys turning operational processes into functional software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the platform using *Firebase Studio** and supporting Firebase services.
• Convert workflows and requirements into functional dashboards and user interfaces.
• Build and manage:
• Role-based access systems (admin, client, vendor, installer, logistics etc.)
• Task and progress tracking modules
• Photo/video submission and approval flows
• In-app chat with structured conversation channels
• Scheduling, timeline and delivery monitoring tools
• Work with AI tools (Firebase AI Assistant, , ChatGPT etc.) to speed up development.
• Design and document database structure, user permissions, and feature logic.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and prepare for real-world deployment and handover.

Requirements Must-Have:

• Singaporeans only
  
  Minimum *2 years of experience** in software development or no-code/full-stack platforms
• Proficiency with Firebase (Firestore, Firebase Auth, Cloud Functions, Storage)
• Experience building dashboards, portals, or workflow-based platforms
• Strong understanding of database logic, user flows, and system structuring
• Able to work independently, translate requirements into deliverables, and document clearly

Bonus (Good to Have):

• Experience with no-code/AI tools: Firebase Studio AI Assist, , FlutterFlow, n8n
• Familiarity with React, , or Flutter
• Experience building internal platforms or project workflow tools

Working Hours & Days:

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
