Adjunct Trainer

Position title - Adjunct Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio, and hold an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or ACTA.

This role focuses on empowering learners to design intelligent workflows, analyze data effectively, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance business efficiency and decision-making.

Remuneration: Hourly-based engagement

• Conduct virtual or on-site training sessions as required
  
• Flexible working hours to accommodate learners' schedules
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
  
• Design, develop, and update course materials that reflect the latest Microsoft Power Platform capabilities
  
• Provide hands-on coaching to help learners build automation workflows, data dashboards, and AI copilots
  
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support skill mastery
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training content with organizational digital transformation goals
  
• Stay current with Microsoft updates and best practices to ensure training relevance and innovation
  

• Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or ACTA (mandatory)
  
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
  
• Background in corporate training, education technology, or digital transformation programs
  
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, data visualization, and AI assistant creation
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Experience conducting interactive, hands-on workshops and customizing training content for various skill levels
  
• Ability to mentor learners through real-world use cases and projects
