We are looking for Social Worker and Counsellor

Roles & Responsibilities

This position provides intervention for youths-at-risk or youth offenders and their families and contribute to the services within the department and organisation. The roles and responsibilities include:

  • Providing family therapy
  • Conducting screening assessments
  • Completing reports in a timely manner
  • Supporting departmental administrative requirements and any other organisation-wide activities

Requirements

Technical Competencies

  • Degree or graduate diploma in Social Work or other related fields
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in clinical practice

Core Competencies

  • Good command of written and spoken English is essential for providing family therapy
  • Good report-writing skills is essential to produce well-structured reports for court assessment
  • Able to multi-task and open to learning
  • Responsible, resilient, self-motivated and a team player
  • Bilingual with good interpersonal skills
